Mary, have you tried Worldwide Pure Protein shakes? They are ready made shakes with 35g of protein in just 1. I only need 1 per day to help me meet my requirement (30-40g of protein just from shakes is what my requirement is). The chocolate and cookies n’creme are best. I posted about them at my blog here: http://healthydara.blogspot.com/2009/04/my-daily-mealplan.html (each has between 2 and 4g of carbs, depending on the flavor). Anyway, thought it might help you get to 70g of protein if half come from one of these cans

Dara – thanks for the info! I will definately check them out. My current protein breakfast addiction is 1/2 cup fage yogurt, 1 scoop cinnamon cappuccino protein powder and 1 tbsp COFFEE flavored sugar-free torani syrup – divine.
