It’s Official

I am no longer diabetic!!   I am almost at my 1 year surgi-versary and had my A1C checked today.  It was 5.5 which is like a little miracle.  Before surgery, I couldn’t get it under 7.2 even taking 8 different meds AND insulin.   I love my RNY :)

    Well, you have given me hope. I had RNY in January and have been disappointed by glucose numbers are still a little high. The surgeon said they would come along, but you know how you’re afraid to actually believe them…haha.
